Trevor Lazaro

From flying high in an F-16 during his RAF years (As a passenger!!) – through to working as an IT specialist for such giants as Cisco, Vodaphone, BT and Netformx – and even “almost” making it as professional footballer – Trevor has always followed his first love – and that is being a DJ – Trevor has worked for some of the top UK clubs keeping the dance floors full – he has also worked with Metro, Radio Tay, Northside, and City Radio.

Trevor joined UDJ as Group Director and is one of the founding “Amigos” of Sunshine Radio – he looks forward to setting up live outside broadcasts in the future – he is very “hands on” with the day-to-day running of the station – and has so far managed, in his many trips around the UK – to do a live show from almost every County!

He is now semi-retired – which is just as well – as we always count on being able to ask him to jump in at very short notice to go on air – Trevor also presents his regular “The Great Crooners” show every Sunday at 11am which is the perfect way to relax on a lazy Sunday.
