James has been broadcasting “since he was a scruffy teenager” – He has been a DJ, Producer, TV Presenter, Journalist, Reporter, Operations Manager, and Distributions Manager at numerous radio and TV stations in the UK and around the world.

Starting with BBC Local Radio Solent – BBC London – and BBC Radio Bristol – and even doing spells at Radio Top Shop – James then spent time behind the scenes at BBC Radio One, and worked as a reporter for BBC Radio Two and LBC News Radio. He has been lucky enough to work with a diverse bunch of celebrities over the years – such as The Pet Shop Boys, The Rolling Stones, Jeremy Clarkson, Simon Bates, Alan Freeman, Terry Wogan – and many others……

However it is music radio that is his first love – his weekly show on Sunshine “The Greatest Hits of Music” – focuses on the best produced, and most uplifting songs from charts around the world from the 60s right up to today’s hits – all blended with showbiz news and a bit of light banter – Great songs that you remember, and some that you’ve forgotten!
